Thank you for visiting and shopping at Katharina Kauke Jewelry! We ship all of our orders via USPS/UPS/DHL. All domestic postal shipments are free of charge, a $10 fee is charged for packages sent internationally.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Order will ship 5-8 days after all your items are created. Creating a piece of jewelry may take takes approximately 3-5 days.

Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days, for destinations within the United States. International postal traffic takes more time. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or incremental weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

Katharina Kauke Jewelry accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Venmo payment methods.

Katharina Kauke Jewelry is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).

For any order within Florida a 7% sales tax will be added.

All Katharina Kauke jewelry is handmade for each customer. Due to the craftsmanship, some small details may vary slightly, as well as the color of natural stones. The pictures on the pages are sample pieces of jewelry already made. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product or it is damaged during transportation we will reimburse you for the full price or send you a replacement. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. Rings ordered with a specific size are considered custom orders.

Only items in new, never worn condition and in its original box will be accepted for a full refund (not including shipping return cost) within 14 days. Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
