All Katharina Kauke jewelry are handmade with love. Due the craftsmanship, some small details may vary slightly, as well as the color of the natural stones. The pictures on the pages are sample pieces of jewelry. If for some reason you are not satisfied with the product or it is damaged during transport, we will reimburse you for the full price or send you a similar new piece of jewelry. Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable. Rings that are ordered with a specific size are considered custom orders.

Only items in new, never worn condition and in its original box will be accepted for full refund within 14 days. Once your return is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow for a period of up to 14 days for us to process the refund.
